Maintenance Guarantee.
Some companies try to tie their clients into a maintenance contract and hold them hostage. We feel that this is counter productive to a successful partnership. We have never lost a client because of performance related issues and do not intend to do so.
If at any point in the contract you are not satisfied with our performance, we have a built in process that allows you to end the agreement if you are not 100% satisfied.
Every account should be able to be used as a reference, so we treat every client that way.

Product Guarantee.
If you are not happy with the quality of product you receive from Symco Group within fourteen days of receipt, we will either replace the product, make it right, or refund your money.

Supplies Guarantee.
All our consumable supplies are 100% guaranteed to meet or exceed the OEM specifications. All OEM supplies are guaranteed to meet the OEM specifications. If the supply or supplies you receive to do meet these specifications, Symco Group will either replace the product or refund your money.

Parts Guarantee.
All parts we sell are guaranteed to meet the OEM specifications. If the part you receive does not meet these specifications, Symco Group will either replace the product or refund your money.
