relationship with Symco Group and BANK UP Business Recovery Services. As
part of J&B’s Channel Partner Program, this relationship with Symco Group and
BANK UP will provide enhanced disaster backup services for select J&B
Software clients.

The partnership will provide a comprehensive range of business recovery
solutions unique to the remittance processing industry. J&B clients will have the
option to utilize a pre-tested recovery system in o­ne of four geographic locations
– Philadelphia, Atlanta, St. Louis and Oakland, CA. Each location operates a
variety of conventional and image-enabled sorters and image-item processing
platforms equipped to handle the full suite of J&B solutions. The facilities are
managed by disaster recovery and item processing professionals, and are
equipped with all the processing hardware and auxiliary and supplementary
equipment needed to meet the processing requirements of J&B customers.
